At our hospitals, people get a second chance to live and thrive. From newborns to the elderly, every person who comes to our hospitals (Hospital Luis Vernaza, Hospital de Niños Dr. Roberto Gilbert E., Hospital Gineco-obstétrico Enrique C. Sotomayor and Instituto de Neurociencias) receives medical care at affordable subsidized prices or completely free under certain circumstances. All the aforementioned hospitals were the first in their class to receive the ISO 9001:2008 international Quality Management System certification. This certifies that all our medical facilities comply with international quality standards. This, along with our scientific achievements and modern technology, has earned our hospitals the honor of being recognized, locally and abroad, as some of the best in Ecuador.
