JBG incorpora nuevo Gerente General de Servicios de Salud

En reunión con los jefes y gerentes de áreas de los diferentes hospitales, los principales directivos de la institución, encabezado por Juan Xavier Cordovez, director de la JBG, dieron a conocer la visión, estructura, ejes y sectores en los que se ha dividido el accionar de la Junta con el objetivo de profesionalizar y optimizar recursos que le permitan crecer y reaccionar con mayor rapidez y eficiencia a los desafíos y retos institucionales.

Se destacó la obra social que se realiza a nivel nacional, siendo el sector salud donde mayormente se la debe generar. De ahí, el compromiso institucional a brindar mayor tecnología y ser líderes en equipamiento hospitalario, apoyar la capacitación, la docencia y la investigación que ponga a la vanguardia en atención de salud a nuestros hospitales.

En este contexto, se presentó al Ing. Javier Cristian Velez Wechsler, quien asume el cargo de Gerente General de Servicios de Salud, que entre sus principales funciones está el objetivo de marcar la unificación de los procesos hospitalarios a nivel Junta que conlleven a la eficiencia y eficacia en nuestros servicios de salud que brindamos a los ecuatorianos.

Samuel y Valeska de 4 y 7 años respectivamente, son unos de los primeros beneficiados de las cirugías gratuitas de trauma y ortopedia de alta complejidad que realiza la misión médica norteamericana Project Perfect World en conjunto con los médicos del servicio de traumatología del hospital de niños Roberto Gilbert de la Junta de Beneficencia, y que ahora se recuperan satisfactoriamente.
