The JBG Metropolitan Pantheon’s “Colors of Life” painting contest awarded the artistic talent of its participants

The “Colors of Life” painting contest, organized at the Metropolitan Pantheon of the Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil (JBG), was successfully held, where 30 artists transformed the inspiration of nature and the spirituality of the cemetery into works full of color, creativity, and emotion.

The 15 hectares of green areas surrounding this cemetery, located at km 8.5 on the road to the coast, were the ideal setting for participants to capture on canvas the natural beauty, memory, and symbolic elements that characterize this space.

The judging panel, composed of renowned artist Tony Moré and directors from the JBG Cemetery sector, selected the winners of the contest, who stood out for the originality and quality of their creative proposals using different painting techniques:
