The German Ambassador to Ecuador, Jens Peter Lütkenherm, visited the facilities of the Alfredo G. Paulson Specialties Hospital, where he learned firsthand about the implementation of the German Dual Training model in the educational segment of the Board of Charity.
During his tour of various areas of the hospital, the ambassador, accompanied by the JBG Education team, witnessed the work and preparation received by the apprentices in the Nursing Assistant program. This educational model, based on the combination of theoretical and practical training in real work environments, has been a key tool for training young people with high standards of quality and employability.
The Board of Charity reaffirms its commitment to quality technical and human training, providing real learning and employability opportunities, in alliance with international standards such as those of Germany, a benchmark country in dual training.
This visit highlights the ties of international cooperation and recognizes the contribution that the Board of Charity makes to the development of young talent in the country, preparing new generations to face the challenges of the world of work with competence and a vocation for service.
