The Junta de Beneficencia promotes the integral development of children and young people in vulnerable situations through its JBG Sports School, a project that since 2022 has used soccer as an engine for social transformation. This program not only promotes sports practice, but also guarantees access to education, health, and nutrition, instilling values that strengthen their personal growth.

Thanks to an agreement signed in 2023 with Atlético de Madrid, one of the most prestigious clubs in Europe, its successful training model has been incorporated into the program, raising the quality of sports and human training for scholarship recipients. To date, more than 10,000 minors, between the ages of 6 and 17, have benefited in Guayaquil, coming from more than 1,100 educational units.

The impact of the project has driven its expansion to Cuenca and Manta, with operational headquarters and new openings planned. With this projection, the JBG Sports School is on track to reach 15,000 scholarship recipients, consolidating its commitment to the well-being, inclusion, and development of future talents in Ecuadorian sports.
