Our work is supported by a network of hospitals, educational programs, Residential Care Programs, social services, and partners that allow us to respond with dignified, human, and ongoing care.

Since 1888, a work of service for the country
Junta de Beneficencia was born in Guayaquil on January 29, 1888, driven by a city that understood that helping also needed to be organized, sustained, and allowed to grow.
From its earliest years, donations and legacies from the community made possible a social mission dedicated to providing care, protection, and well-being to those who needed it most.
That trust became hospitals, Residential Care Programs, social programs, and services that, generation after generation, have accompanied the lives of thousands of Ecuadorian families.
Today, we continue honoring that origin with a clear mission: to transform solidarity into dignified care, real opportunities, and support for the country.
