From the protection of girls and adolescents to the accompaniment of the elderly, people with psychosocial disabilities and relatives of hospitalized patients, this sector articulates professional care, human support and permanent monitoring to improve the quality of life of those who need it most.

With more than 133 years of experience, the Hogar del Corazón de Jesús provides comprehensive care to older adults, with a model adapted to different levels of dependency. Its approach prioritizes continuous care, safety, dignity and quality of life, in an environment designed for the physical, emotional and social well-being of each resident. ​​

The Manuel Galecio Home welcomes nearly 100 girls and adolescents in vulnerable situations, offering them much more than protection: a safe space to grow, learn and project their future. For Natalia, studying seemed an unattainable destination. With a full scholarship from the Junta de Beneficencia, she was able to finish school at the Hogar Manuel Galecio (Alausí).
