Our Allies

Since 1888, the Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil has carried out massive social work for the benefit of the most vulnerable sectors of Ecuador. This effort has been possible thanks to the generosity of people, companies, organizations, and national and international institutions, who have trusted in our mission and have become fundamental pillars of our work.

Our benefactors have not only contributed with economic resources, but also with their time, experience, and social commitment, allowing us to grow and consolidate ourselves as one of the largest and most respected assistance institutions in the country and Latin America.

Today, more than ever, your help remains essential to sustain and expand our health, education, protection, and human development programs.

Being part of this mission is transforming lives. Join our network of allies and continue making this great work possible.

Private companies from different commercial sectors of the country have been present in our work, opening their hearts to the extensive social work we carry out and allocating a small annual amount to help many people in need.

We receive help from non-profit institutions who contribute through their donations of medicines and medical supplies to equip our hospitals and share aid with smaller foundations in Ecuador.

  • Free Wheelchair Mission (USA)
  • LDS, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. USA

The visit of humanitarian and training medical missions from abroad allows us to jointly perform free, highly complex surgical operations on people with limited economic resources.

Philanthropy that Leaves a Mark

Since its inception, the Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil has had the invaluable support of philanthropists committed to the well-being of the most vulnerable. These acts of solidarity have been recorded in history and in the names of our institutions, as testimony to the impact that generosity can have.

We highlight the valuable contribution of John Paulson, president of The Paulson Family Foundation, who donated $22 million for the construction of the Alfredo Paulson Specialty Hospital, in honor of his father. His confidence in our trajectory reaffirms the power of solidarity to generate lasting change.

Thanks to these contributions, the Junta de Beneficencia continues to expand its impact, offering quality services and hope to thousands of Ecuadorian families. Each contribution not only strengthens our works, but also leaves an indelible mark on the lives of those who need it most.
